"The most valuable part of the entire experience is being able to see myself and what other people see on the other end and the habits I have that I need to break & the feedback from Tom & Jerry- hone in and refine is one of the most valuable pieces.
Role playing was really valuable, also taking it back to my team- let’s talk this through....changing my paradigm, should really take this approach and try to break down those barriers to get to those contacts I’m trying to reach.
Whether entry level sales or in sales 15-20 years, recommend this course, it sets a good foundation of sales skills and good habits to get into. The 5 week sales plan, 30 sec speech, lay really nice foundation. For more seasoned sales people bringing them back to the basics, how to break down those barriers with gate keepers, getting through to the right contacts, across all levels great info. "

"I think experienced salespeople will learn something about themselves and the class that they weren’t aware of, it’s well worth the investment.
One of the things you don’t think about is the great networking tool, also learning how others are handling & solving problems. "

"[USA] taught me how to listen well. Before I wasn’t always hearing what they were saying, I was making assumptions instead of asking the right questions all the way.
I have gotten some very good jobs out of this course because you know when to ask for the sale more importantly you have a process, you know a way of knowing what should be said next, that helped my business. "

"The first time was nerve wracking....as you got into the videotaping you forgot you were being videotaped. The instructors are very good about putting you in situations that feel like real life.
The way this class is presented, the way they do videotaping, the interaction with instructors and other classmates makes a very comfortable learning experience....the instructors do a good job, [they are a] good compliment to each other, getting people to shine.
From day 1 to the end of the class- we see them evolve- has a lot to do with how instructors presented class and interact with students. "

"The approach was a little bit different, opened up a huge amount of sales & marketing ideas that we wouldn’t have had in the past to grow our business."
