Walks you through the various stages with practical strategies on scripts and building both your inbound and outbound. I realised I\'ve been relying too heavily on inbound and have found a new outbound strategy that should be far more effective. the practical actionable stuff is towards the end but I\'m glad I didn\'t skip anything because I\'m not sure if I would have implemented the info in the same way if I did. C
