Wow hard work - but very rewarding
Started USD June 2020, but due to covid reopening got side tracked. So refreshed and then completed March 2021. I can see why it is a deep dive immersion to keep the brain juices flowing. My face to face onboarding consultation was never a real problem. But USD has now given me a good clear understanding of how to word my promotions to introduce new clients to me initially, and rebranding as a complete package supportive solution to the client. Brill, thanks Pete. Just going for some sleep now before rewriting all my PR!
